根据 AllThingsD 的消息，苹果（Apple）设计的灵魂人物 Jonathan Ive 获得英国皇室授予的大英帝国最优勋章（Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire）。在英国授勋及嘉奖制度中，该勋章属于爵级司令级别，获得该勋章意味着 Ive 同时也获得了英国的骑士爵位，可以在英文名称前加上头衔“Sir”，从 Jonathan Ive 到 Sir Jonathan Ive 。

在 2006 年，Ive 也曾获得英国皇室授予的司令勋章，但比今年授予的勋章低一个等级，且没有骑士爵位。
